Art Homework and maybe other stuff if I go off topic

Okay so hey guys. I seriously doubt anybody is actually reading this but whatever. Hey anyway. For art class we are doing 'expressive painting' (at first I was like "WHAT? Isn't all painting expressive?" but anyway), and for my final piece I have to make one large poster-sized painting that shows feeling and emotions. Ugh, I have no idea what to do. Or I HAD no idea what to do until I was sitting in the car this evening listening to one of my favorite songs, Demons by Imagine Dragons. Then I realised that the song had a very 'expressive' meaning. While I was listening to the song, I drew a little drawing which turned out terrible, but hopefully you can see my idea. It's just basically two big eyes which I am going to paint my emotion in. I've chosen to express kind of an insecure, mysterious emotion, so I'll use dark blue and purple. So yeah, I guess that's what I'll do...

Humans of New York-The Psychic

I was looking on the website 'Humans of New York' for my next blog entry, and the story that really stood out to me was about the psychic*. It seems counter intuitive and kind of creepy, and made me think. He "read people's minds" and greatly impressed the person taking the photos. Personally, I like things like fortune telling and astrology, but I don't believe it really has a meaning. However, while I don't find the "psychic"'s predictions to be correct, I was completely baffled by the whole peeing thing. HOW COULD PEOPLE NOT HAVE NOTICED? Maybe he did it a lot so they were used to it? Or maybe he was actually a psychic? Who knows?

Honestly, I don't really know what my story would be called or what it would be about. It would be WAY less interesting than all of them there. Come to think of it, not much has happened in my life. Maybe that's what it should be about- the slightly geeky girl with no life! Just kidding! But I am pretty geeky. Once me and my friends actually dressed up as hobbits (for the new movie). The weird girl that dressed up as a hobbit? I don't know.

One thing you probably didn't know about me is that I used to have a hamster named Simon (after he died, we found out from a photo that he was actually a girl. Oh well).
